When you register service item lines in service orders or quotes, you can view troubleshooting guidelines for the service items in the Troubleshooting window.
Open the Service Order window.
Browse to the relevant service order and click the service item line you want to view troubleshooting guidelines for.
Click Line, Troubleshooting.
If the program has found troubleshooting guidelines for the service item on the line, it appears in the Troubleshooting window. The program searches first for troubleshooting guidelines assigned specifically to the service item on the line, then to the item on the line and then to the service item group on the line. It displays the first troubleshooting guidelines it finds. If the program does not find any troubleshooting guidelines, an appropriate message will appear.
