Subject Field

The Notification Text Header Table

This field contains the heading of the e-mail message. You can enter a maximum of 100 characters, both numbers and letters.

You can have the program automatically insert texts from Navision in the subject field. You do this by using specific symbols. The value of a symbol depends on the notification text it is used for. The values of the symbols are defined on each notification:

Internal notifications ( Web site card) :

• New-Consumer Notif.

• New-Quote Notif.

• Vendor Item Changed Notif.

• Purchase Chg. Notif.

• Drop Shipment Notif.

• Rev. Auct. Response Notif.

External notifications (notification process card):

Sales

• New Consumer Notif.

• Quote-Received Notif.

• Quote-Confirmed Notif.

• Quote-Rejected Notif.

• Order-Shipped Notif.
