The Notification Process Table
In the Password-Created Notif. field, you can enter the code for the text you want to send to the Web portal users to confirm the user's password. The program retrieves the text from the Notification Code table. To see the Notification Code table, click the AssistButton to the right of the field.
You can leave this field blank if you do not want to notify your user about this event automatically.
You can insert a number of symbols in your text. Before the program sends the e-mail it will replace the symbols with the relevant values.

Symbols for information about the recipient of the notification:
%01 Job Title (copied from the contact card of the recipient)
%02 Name (copied from the contact card of the recipient)
%03 Salutation (generated from the salutation formulas)
%04 Name (copied from the vendor card, customer card or company information card of the recipient)
Symbols for information about the sender of the notification:
%08 Name (copied from the company information card)
Symbols for information about the object of the notification:
%10 Login ID (copied from the contact card of the Web portal user)
%13 Unencrypted password.
