There are several ways of previewing a report:
Click File, Print Preview,
Click Print Preview on the toolbar
Click Preview in the report window.
You can use this function to see all printouts on the screen before you send them to a printer or a file. This function can be activated from all windows that have a Print button.
From the Print Preview window, you can scroll to other pages in the printout, you can choose to see the print on double or single pages, and you can zoom to make the page bigger or smaller.
