Replacing Production BOM Items

You can run a batch job to automatically:

• change the status of the current BOM to Under Development.

• replace items which can no longer be used with new ones.

• certify the changed BOM, if selected.

• create new versions, if selected.

To Replace Production BOM Items:

1. Open the Exchange Production BOM Item window.

2. Fill in the fields. For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.

3. Click OK to confirm.
