Viewing Outlook Integration Errors, Warnings, and Conflicts

You can view and browse through errors, warnings, and conflicts that appeared during synchronization.

To View and Browse Through Errors, Warnings, and Conflicts That Appeared During Synchronization:

  1. Open the Salesperson/Purchaser Card window.

  2. On the salesperson card, click the Synchronization tab.

  3. To view and browse the errors and warnings that appeared during synchronization, click the AssistButton in the No. of Errors and Warnings field. The Outlook Integration Error Log window appears, containing the list of errors and warnings.

  4. To view and browse the conflicts that appeared during synchronization, click the AssistButton in the No. of Conflicts field. The Conflict Resolution Worksheet window appears, allowing you to resolve the conflicts that appeared during synchronization.

You can view the conflicting and unresolved fields for a record from the Conflict Resolution Worksheet.

To View the Conflicting and Unresolved Fields:

  1. Open the Conflict Resolution Worksheet window.

  2. Select the record for which you want to view the conflicting or unresolved fields.

  3. Click Functions, Show Conflict Fields to view the list of conflict fields for this record.

  4. Click Functions, Show Unresolved Fields to view the list of unresolved fields for this record.

To view errors, warnings, or conflicts that appeared during synchronization, you can also open the Outlook Integration Error Log or Conflict Resolution Worksheet window from the Outlook Integration Statistics window. This window appears when the synchronization process is finished if errors, warnings, or conflicts have been found during synchronization.
