Queue window. Here you can see the status of each entry
and the relevant subject line.
When the status of service orders is updated to Finished, and the customers in the orders are to be notified by e-mail, the program automatically creates an entry in the service e-mail queue. If you have set up a job to send e-mail messages, the program automatically sends the messages to the customers.
