If you have not set up a job to send e-mail messages to customers, or the program cannot send a message because of a wrong e-mail address, you can send e-mail messages manually.
Open the Service E-Mail Queue window.
Click the relevant line (for which the status is other than Processed).
Edit the To Address and Subject Line fields if necessary.
Click Queue, Send E-Mail. A dialog box appears in which you must click OK to confirm.
