List of Fields in the Table

The Posted Service Header table contains the general information on a posted service order, such as the serviced customer, contract number, bill-to customer, shipments, start and finish dates, spare parts overview, currency, and so on.

When you post a service order, the program copies the relevant information from the service header to the posted service header, from the service item lines to the posted service item lines and from the service invoice lines to the posted service invoice lines.

Posted service item lines contain information about the items that were serviced in the service order.

Posted service invoice lines contain information about the service costs in the service order.

The program also creates a sales invoice when you post a service order.

You cannot change any of the fields on a posted service header or posted service item lines because the service order has already been posted.
