You can update the calendar entries after changes in the shop calendar. The existing calendar entries are checked to make sure they correspond to the shop calendar. The appropriate calendar entry is corrected if deviations are determined.
Open the Work Center
Card window.
On the work center card, click Planning, Calendar.
In the Work Center Calendar window, select the work centers to be recalculated and click Functions, Recalculate.
Set a filter by filling in the fields on the Calendar Entry tab.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
Click OK to recalculate the calendar entries.
The recalculation of calendar entries overwrites any manual changes made to the calendar entries.
Since only existing calendar entries of the work center are validated, the function cannot create new calendar entries.
