Updating Calendar Entries for Work Centers

You can use the calculate facility to create new calendar entries. If old entries already exist, they will be deleted when you run this function.

To Update Calendar Entries for Work Centers:

  1. Open the Work Center Card window.

  2. On the work center card, click Planning, Calendar.

  3. In the Work Center Calendar window, click Functions, Calculate.

  4. Click the Work Center tab and select the work centers to be calculated by setting a filter.

  5. On the Options tab, fill in the starting and ending date for which the calendar entries are to be calculated.

    For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.

  6. Click OK to calculate the calendar entries for the selected period.

Attention

The calculation of calendar entries overwrites any manual changes made to the calendar entries.
