Employee - List Report

You use the Employee - List report to print a list of your employees.

You can print a list that includes all your employees, or only those that you select.

The number of employees to be printed depends on the filters you set.

Fill in the fields as follows:

Employee

No.: Here you can select one or more employee numbers you want to include in the report. If you leave the field empty, the report will print a list including all your employees. To see the existing employee numbers, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Search Name: Enter the search names of the employees you want to include in the list.

Global Dimension 1 Code: Here you can select the dimension value linked to the employees that you want to include in the report. To see the existing dimension value codes, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Global Dimension 2 Code: Here you can select the dimension value linked to the employees that you want to include in the report. To see the existing dimension value codes, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Click the up-arrow at the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filters you have defined for the table.

Click the Sort button to see which fields you can sort by and determine the order in which the employees will appear in the list.

Click the Print button to print out the report. If you want to see the report on the screen before printing, click the Preview button. If you do not want to print the report now, click Cancel to close the window.
