For inventory, insurance and other management purposes, you may need a list of all your fixed assets.
When you print reports for previous years, note that if you have deleted any fixed assets, the figures may not be correct.
Open the Fixed Asset - List report request form.
Click Fixed Assets, Reports. Select the Fixed Asset - List report, and then click Print.
On the Fixed Asset tab, you can set a filter to select which assets to include in the report. If you leave the fields blank, you will get information on all of the assets (except inactive assets).
On the Options tab, select which depreciation book to print from and indicate if you want a separate page per asset.
Click Print to print the report or Preview to see it on the screen.
The report includes information from the fixed asset card and FA depreciation book.
