Specifying Templates for Interaction Logging

You can specify interaction templates for the documents such as sales, purchase and service documents, e-mails, cover sheets and phone calls which the program will use when recording interactions.

To Specify Templates for Interaction Logging:

  1. Open the Interaction Template Setup window.

  2. On the General tab, specify the interaction templates for e-mails, cover sheets and outgoing calls.

  3. On the Sales, Purchases and Service tabs, specify the interaction templates for sales, purchase and service documents respectively.
