In this window, you can manage data related to a specific service order. Here you can define both the information concerning the whole service order (for example, the response time, status of the order, name, address, and phone number of the customer) and details on the items to be serviced (for example, serial number, warranty and fault comments).
The Service Order window consists of two parts:
The header, containing the general service order related information on a number of tabs: General, Invoicing, Shipping, Details and Foreign Trade.
The service item lines, containing details about the items which belong to the service order.
The information pane to the right of the header and the lines provides you with the summary information on the customer and each service item on the current service order.
