Place a check mark in this field to accept the action message that the program is proposing for the line.
In this way, you can select those order proposals that will be included in the Carry Out Action Message batch job. If you leave this field blank, the relevant order proposal line will not be included in the batch job.
For example, if the value in the Action Message field is Change Qty., and you place a check mark in the Accept Action Message field, running the Carry Out Action Message batch job results in changing the quantity on the existing replenishment order.
When you run the Calculate Plan batch job, the program automatically places a check mark in this field as a default. You can remove the check mark if you want. Then the line will not be included in the Carry Out Action Message batch job.
Released production orders with no consumption or output posting may also be cancelled. To avoid this, set the planning flexibility of released production orders to None.
