When you import the UserRolePermissions.xml file, as described in How to: Import Permissions for the BASIC Role, you define a set of permissions for the BASIC role. On PartnerSource, you can find additional .xml files that define permissions for other RoleTailored roles that are defined in the UserRoles.xml file and a document that describes their contents.
