Changing the Height of Rows

You can change the height of all rows (including heading rows), that is, you can create more or less blank space between the rows. To change the height of the heading row, you must make changes to it. Changes made to one of the other rows will be duplicated in all non-heading rows.

To Change the Height of Rows:

  1. To change the line height the cursor must be in the gray column to the left of all rows.

  2. Move the cursor to the bottom of the row to be changed.

  3. The cursor now becomes a horizontal line with an arrow through it.

  4. Hold the mouse button down and drag the bottom line of the row up to make the row shorter or down to make the row taller.

  5. Release the mouse button when you are satisfied with the height.
