(menu button: button at the bottom of the Navigation Pane that selects which menu is displayed)

(Navigation Pane: the window on the left side of the Navision main window that includes Shortcuts and other menus)

(menu group: part of a menu, which contains menu items and/or other menu groups. Click a menu group to show the items in the menu group)

(menu items: Links to windows or dialog boxes in the program. Click on a menu item to open the window or dialog box)

• To hide a menu button, right-click on the button and then click Hide.

• To show a menu button:

1. Right-click any menu button and then click Show.

2. A list of hidden menu buttons will appear. Enter a check mark next to the name of the menu button that you want to show and then click OK.

To move a menu button up or down, right-click the button that you want to move and then click Move Up or Move Down. Repeat until the button is where you want it.

• To hide a menu group, right-click the group and then click Hide.

• To show a menu group:

1. Right-click any menu group and then click Show.

2.  A list of hidden menu groups and menu items will appear. Enter a check mark next to the name of the menu group that you want to show and then click OK. It will be inserted where it was before it was hidden.

• To hide a menu item, right-click the item and then click Hide.

• To show a menu item:

1. Right-click any menu item and then click Show.

2. A list of hidden menu groups and menu items will appear. Enter a check mark next to the name of the menu item that you want to show and then click OK. It will be inserted where it was before it was hidden.

(Note that you cannot show individual items from a hidden group.)
