You use this function when you have used Edit, Toggle Mark to mark certain customers, items, accounts or other records in a window.
To use this menu item, click View, Marked Only.
The mark, which looks like a diamond (on a playing card), appears on the select bar to the left of the line, and the word "marked" appears on the title bar.
When you choose View, Marked Only, the system selects the marked records so that only they are visible. After this, you can choose to execute a function on the marked records. The marks on the records will disappear when you close the window.
