Reminder Terms Table

List of Fields in the Table

In the Reminder Terms table you can set up an unlimited number of codes. Each code identifies a set of reminder terms.

When you create reminders, the program will use the reminder terms information indicated by the code.

Each code in the Reminder Terms table is linked to a sub-table, the Reminder Level table. For each reminder terms code, you can define corresponding reminder levels.

This table allows you to have different terms for different customers. Once you have assigned reminder terms to a customer, the program will automatically use this information when you use the Create Reminders batch job or the Suggest Reminder Lines batch job.
