Customer - Balance to Date Report

This report shows a detail balance for selected customers. The report can, for example, be used at the close of an accounting period or fiscal year.

You can define which customers are included in the report by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the tab by clicking the Field field, and then clicking the AssistButton that appears to the right. You can also determine what is shown in the report by filling in the fields on the Options tab. Fill in the fields as follows:

Customer

No.: Enter the numbers of the customers to be included in the report. To see the existing customers, click the Filter field, and then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Search Name: Here you can enter the search names of the customers to be included in the report.

Blocked: Here you can choose to include only customers that are blocked (enter Yes) or only customers that are not blocked (enter No). If you leave the field blank, both blocked and not-blocked customers will be included.

Date Filter: Enter the ending date on which the customer balance will be shown (for example, 12/31/00).

Click the up-arrow at the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filters you have defined for the table.

Options

Show Amounts in LCY: Place a check mark in the check box if you want the amounts in the report to be displayed in LCY. Leave this field blank if you want to see amounts in foreign currencies.

New Page per Customer: If you have chosen two or more customers to be included in the report, place a check mark in the check box to print each customer balance on a separate page.

Include Unapplied Entries: Click to insert a check mark in the check box if you want to include unapplied entries in the report.

Click the Print button to print the report. If you want to see the report on the screen before printing, click the Preview button. If you do not want to print the report now, click Cancel to close the window.
