Customer Register Report

This report displays posted customer ledger entries divided into, and sorted according to, registers. By using a filter, you can select exactly the entries in the registers that you need to see. If you have created many entries and you do not set a filter, the report will print a large amount of information.

You can print the report either when or after you post. The report can be used to document the various registers' contents for internal or external audits.

You can define what is included in the report by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the G/L Register tab by clicking the Field field, then clicking the AssistButton that appears to the right. You can also determine what is shown in the report by filling in the fields on the Options tab. Fill in the fields as follows:

G/L Register

No.: Enter the numbers of one or more registers that will be included in the report. To see the existing G/L registers, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Click the up-arrow button at the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the results of the filters you have defined for the table.

Options

Show Amounts in LCY: Place a check mark in the check box if you want amounts in the report to be displayed in LCY.

Click Print to print out the report. If you want to see the report on the screen before printing, click Preview. If you do not want to print the report now, click Cancel to close the window.
