You may need to remove service items as contract lines from service contract quotes in the process of creating a service contract that the customer agrees to.
Open the Service Contract Quote window.
Browse to the relevant contract.
Press Ctrl+F1 to select those service items that you want to remove from the service contract quote.
Click Functions, Remove Contract Quote Lines. A dialog box appears in which you must click Yes to confirm.
