Viewing the Service E-Mail Queue

When the status of service orders is updated to Finished, and the customers in the orders are to be notified by e-mail, the program automatically creates an entry in the service e-mail queue. If you have set up a job to send e-mail messages, the program automatically sends the messages to the customers.

To View the Service E-Mail Queue:

  1. Open the Service E-Mail Queue window. Here you can see the status of each entry and the relevant subject line.

  2. For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
