Registering Service Item Comments

You can use the General Service Comment Sheet window to register comments on service items.

To Register Service Item Comments:

  1. Open the Service Item Card window.

  2. Press F5 to open the Service Item List window, select the relevant service item and click OK. The Service Item Card window for that particular service order/service quote appears.

  3. Click Serv. Item, Comments to open the General Service Comment Sheet window.

  4. In the Date field, enter a date if you want to have a date entered for the comment.

  5. In the Comment field, enter the comment text with a maximum of 80 characters (including spaces).

  6. If you need to enter additional text, go to the next line. You can fill in as many lines as necessary.

For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
