Changing Response Time for Service Item Lines

When you register a service item line in a service order or quote, the program automatically enters response time in hours and calculates the response date and time accordingly. You can change the response time in hours and the response date and time if you need to.

To Change Response Time for a Service Item Line:

  1. Open the Service Order or Service Quote window.

  2. Press F5 to open the Service Order List/Service Quote List window, select the relevant service order/quote and click OK. The Service Order/Service Quote window for that particular service order/service quote appears.

  3. Click the service item line you want to change the response time for.

  4. Either in the Response Time (Hours) field or in the Response Date and Response Time fields, enter the desired response hours or response date and time.
