Service Contracts

In the Service Contract window, you can view, change, or create your service contracts.

General

On this tab, you can view, change, or enter general information about the service contract. For example, you can change information about a customer, a contract group, or the date when the contract became valid.

Shipping

On this tab, you can view, change, or insert information about where the service item(s) should be shipped to, or where they should be serviced.

Service

On this tab, you can view, change, or insert information that is more related to the service itself. For example, information that relates to in the service zone in which the service item is located, the default service period of the service contract, or the type of service order.   

Invoicing and Invoicing Details

On these tabs, you can view, change, or insert information that is related to invoicing.

Price update

On this tab, you can view, change, or insert information about the price updates.

Details

On this tab, you can view, change, or insert information about when the contract will expire, why is was cancelled, and what code belongs to the price adjustment of the invoicing.

Service Contract Lines

On the service contract lines, you can view, change, or insert information about the service items that are part of a service contract or a contract quote.  Each contract line contains information about a service item that is part of the contract. You can enter as many service contract lines as necessary.
