List of Fields in the Table
The Resource Skill table contains assignments of skills to resources (for example, technicians), service item groups and items.
If an item requires service using resources with particular skills, you must assign resource skills to the item.
You set up how you use skills when you allocate resources to service items in the Resource Skills Option field in the Service Mgt. Setup window.
When you have assigned skills to resources, items and service item groups, you can see which resources are sufficiently skilled to service the service item when you allocate resources to it. The Skilled field in the Res. Availability (Service) window contains a check mark if the resource is sufficiently skilled to service the service item you are allocating.
