The Resolution Code table contains codes that identify the methods used to solve typical service problems, for example, cleaned, replaced, and so on.
You can insert relationships between fault codes and resolution codes based on which codes you have selected for service items in posted service orders.
When you have set up resolution codes, you can assign them to service items in the Service Item Worksheet window. The program automatically assigns the same resolution code to the service invoice lines in the window, but you can change it.
