List of Fields in the Table
The Service Item Line table contains information about the service items that need to be serviced in a service order, for example, the serial number, description, service item number, service item group, fault reporting, warranty and response time.
The date you have entered in the One Service Item Line/Order field in the service management setup determines whether you can insert multiple lines for a service order.
When you post a service order, the program creates a posted service order and a sales invoice. The service item lines become the posted service item lines in the posted service order.
