Status Field

The Service Header Table

This field contains the status of the service order. The service order status reflects the repair status of all the service items in the service order. There are four options: Pending, In Process, Finished and On Hold.

The program automatically selects an option in this field when a repair status changes on a service item line.

You can change the status if all the service item lines in the order have a repair status which is consistent with that particular change.
