With the Expired Contract Lines - Test report, you can test which contract lines have expired and the program needs to remove from service contracts up to the date that you have specified. The report shows the contract numbers, the service items to be removed, the contract expiration dates, and line amounts.
You can refine the information which the program will include in your report by applying filters to specific fields. To do this, in the Field field, press F3, click the AssistButton, and then select the relevant field(s). In the Filter field, enter the values that you want to use in the filters applied to the fields you have selected. You can set filters on any of the fields. If you do not set any filters, the report will include all your records.
To print the report, click the Print button. To see the report on screen, click Preview. If you want to save your report and print it later, click Cancel (the program automatically saves your report).
To filter the information in the report, in the Filter field, fill in the relevant information as follows:
Contract No.: Here you can select the contract numbers that you want to include in the report. To see the existing contract numbers, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.
No.: Here you can select the service item numbers that you want to include in the report. To see the existing service items, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.
Click the up-arrow in the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filters that you have defined for the table.
Remove Lines to: Enter the date up to which you want to check for expired contract lines. The report will include contract lines with contract expiration dates on or before this date.
Reason Code: Here you can select the reason code for the removal of lines from the contract. To see the existing reason codes, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.
