Maintenance Visit - Planning Report

With the Maintenance Visit - Planning report, you can print all your schedules for maintenance visits. You can select the schedule for one or more responsibility centers. The report will show the service dates of all the maintenance visits for the chosen responsibility centers. The report shows the service zone code, group code, contract number, customer number, service period, as well as the service date.

If you want to include more information, you can select additional fields to be included in the report. To do this, in the Field field, press F3, click the AssistButton and then select the relevant field(s). You can set filters on any of the fields. If you do not set any filters, the report will include all your records.

To print the report, click the Print button. To see the report on screen, click Preview. If you want to save your report and print it later, click Cancel (the program automatically saves your report).

To filter the information in the report, in the Filter field, fill in the relevant information as follows:

Service Contract tab

Responsibility Center: Enter the responsibility centers that you want to include in the report. To see the existing responsibility centers, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Service Zone Code: Enter the service zone codes that you want to include in the document. To see the existing service zone codes, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Contract Group Code: Enter the contract group codes that you want to include in the document. To see the existing contract group codes, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Contract No.: Enter the numbers of the service contracts that you want to include in the report.

Date Filter: Enter the period that you want to cover in the report (for example, 03/01/00..03/31/00).

Click the up-arrow in the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filters that you have defined for the table.
