Res. Availability (Service) Window

The Res. Availability (Service) window shows a scrollable summary of resource capacities.

In this window, you can select a resource (for example, a technician) and allocate the resource to a service item on a particular date and for a particular amount of time.

In the Resource Skilled For field you select whether the resource skills should be shown for all service items in the service order, or for the selected service item only.

In the Quantity to Allocate field you enter the amount of hours that should be allocated to the selected resource.

In the Res. Availability window you can see two panes. The fields in the left pane display the following:

In the Selected Resource and Selected Day fields you can see which resource you have selected and which day.
