In the Service Order window, you can see information about your service orders. It contains both basic information that you use for your everyday business (for example, the response time and status of the order, and the name, address, and phone number of the customer) and more detailed information about the service items to be serviced (for example, serial number, warranty and fault comments). In this window, you can create a card for each new service order that you want to record in the program.
The Service Order window is composed of two parts:
The header, which contains general, invoicing, shipping, detailed and foreign trade information about the service order.
The service item lines which contain information about the service items to be serviced.
