Create Contract Invoices Batch Job

You use the Create Contract Invoices batch job to create sales invoices for service contracts that are due for invoicing. You can also use the batch job to print a test report.

When you run the batch job to create sales invoices, the program automatically fills in the relevant fields on the sales invoice it creates with information from the Service Contract table. The test report shows the customer numbers and names, contract numbers, contract invoice periods and amounts, the number of sales invoices that the program will create, last and next invoice dates, and any errors that occur.

You can define what is included in the batch job by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the tab by clicking the Field field and then clicking the AssistButton that appears to the right.
