The program calculates this amount based on what you entered in the Direct Unit Cost and Indirect Cost % fields.
"Unit Cost"= Direct Unit Cost * (1 + Indirect Cost %/100).
You can change this amount if you like, but be aware that if you do change it, the program does not adjust the direct unit cost and indirect cost percentage.
For an employee with an annual salary of LCY 104,000, the direct unit cost per hour calculates to LCY 50.00. The employee's benefits equal 30% of the salary. The unit cost will be 64.40, as shown in the following table:
