This report displays a list of statistical information about each resource.
The list contains Usage (Qty), Sales (Qty) and the Invoiced % of all resources. The amounts contain both chargeable and nonchargeable postings in the resource journal, job journal or the sales lines.
The report displays the contents of the following fields: No., Name, Usage (Qty), Sales (Qty) and Invoiced (%).
You can define what is included in the report by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the Resource tab by clicking the Field field, then clicking the AssistButton that appears to the right. Fill in the fields as follows:
No.: Here you can specify the numbers of the resources to be included in the report. To see the existing resource numbers, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.
Date Filter: Enter the period to be covered in the report (for example, 03/01/00..03/31/00).
Click the up-arrow at the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filters you have defined for the table.
Click the Print button to print out the report. If you want to see the report on the screen before printing, click the Preview button. If you do not want to print the report now, click Cancel to close the window.
