This report displays various basic information on resources. Information from the following fields is shown in this report:
No., Name, Resource Group No., Gen. Prod. Posting Group, Direct Unit Cost, Unit Cost, Unit Price, Global Dimension 1 Code and Global Dimension 2 Code.
You can define what is included in the report by setting filters on the Resource tab. You can set additional fields on the tab by clicking the Field field, then clicking the AssistButton that appears to the right.
Here you can select fields from the Resource table. To see the fields that are available, click the Field field, then click the AssistButton to the right of the field. If you select the No. field, for example, you can see the list of available resources by clicking the Filter field and then clicking the AssistButton that appears to the right.
Click the up-arrow at the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filters you have defined for the report.
To see the sorting keys and determine the order in which the information will be displayed in the report, click Sort....
