You can use this batch job to post several purchase credit memos at a time. This can be an advantage if you have a large number of credit memos that must be posted. Before starting the batch job, you can choose which credit memos will be posted.
It is important to enter all the necessary information on the purchase credit memos before they are batch posted. Otherwise, it is possible that they will not be posted. When the batch job has finished posting, a message shows how many of the purchase credit memos have been posted (for example, nine out of 10).
You can define which purchase credit memos are included in the batch job by setting a filter on the purchase credit memo number.
On the Purchase Credit Memo tab, you can fill in the standard field filters, or you can select additional filters. To do this, press F3, click the AssistButton and then select the relevant filter(s).
You can also determine how the batch job is processed by filling in the fields on the Options tab.
To print the batch job, click Print. To see the batch job on the screen before printing, click Preview.
