Previewing Computer Checks

When Computer Check is selected in the Bank Payment Type field in the Payment Journal window, the checks must be printed before the journal lines can be posted. However, before printing, you can preview one or more checks.

To Preview Computer Checks:

1. Open the Payment Journal window.

2. Click Payments, Preview Check.
