This field indicates whether a comment has been entered for this routing.
If the Comment field is part of the standard layout for the window, the field is in the form of a button. When the button shows a vertical pencil and some horizontal marks, there is a comment for this routing. If the button shows the tip of a horizontal pencil, there is no comment for the routing.
If you have put the Comment field in the window yourself, it is in the form of a check box. A check mark in the field means there is a comment for this routing.
To view a comment or to create a new one, click the Comment button or click Routing, Comments. A comment sheet window then appears which shows the existing comments and enables you to create new ones.
