In the Calendar Entry table, the program stores information of the available capacity at the work centers or machine centers.
The calendar entries are based on the shop calendar. The program updates the entries in this table when you run the Calculate Work Center Calendar batch job. The program calculates the available capacity (time) that is defined in the Shop Calendar and the Calendar Absence Entry tables.
The available time is the number of hours a work center or a machine center can be used. For example, a work center working one eight-hour shift for five days a week is available 40 hours a week.
