Here you can enter a general product posting group. To see the general product posting groups in the Gen. Product Posting Group table, click the AssistButton to the right of the field.
The general product posting groups specify, together with the general business posting groups, the general ledger accounts that are posted when posting sales or purchase transactions.
The job posting groups determine to which work in process accounts in the general ledger resource transactions (usage and sales) are posted. You use the Post Job WIP Value to G/L and the Post Job Recognition to G/L batch jobs for this posting.
