Use this report to get a detailed list of items that must be picked for a particular production order, from which location (and bin, if the location uses bins) they must be picked, and when the items are due for production.
You can define what is included in the report by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the Item tab by clicking the Field field, then clicking the AssistButton that appears to the right. You can also determine what is shown in the report by filling in the fields on the Production Order Component tab. Fill in the fields as follows:
No.: Enter the items you want to be picked.
Search Description: Enter a search description to search for a particular item when you cannot remember the item number.
Bill of Materials: Enter a BOM number if you want to print the picking list for one BOM only.
Inventory Posting Group: Select a posting group if you only want a particular inventory posting group to be printed.
Shelf No.: Enter a shelf no. if the pickings are only to be printed for a particular shelf.
Status: Enter a status if you only want to print the list for production orders with a specific status.
Due Date: Enter a date if the picking list should only be for a particular due date.
Click the Lookup button in the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filters you have defined for the table.
Click Print to print the report. If you want to see the report on the screen before printing, click Preview. If you do not want to print the report now, click Cancel to close the window.
