Use this report to create a list of material requirements per production order. The report shows you the status of the production order, the quantity of end items and components with the corresponding required quantity. You can view the due date and location code of each component.
You can define what is included in the report by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the Production Order tab by clicking the Field field, then clicking the AssistButton that appears to the right. Fill in the fields as follows:
Status: Enter a status if you only want to print the list for production orders with a specific status.
No.: Enter the number of the production order that you want to print.
Source Type: Enter the source type, which applies to the source number. This could be an item or family number.
Source No.: Enter the item number if you want to print the list for one production order line only.
Click the Lookup button in the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filters you have defined for the table.
Click Print to print the report. If you want to see the report on the screen before printing, click Preview. If you do not want to print the report now, click Cancel to close the window.
