This batch job helps you maintain the BOM lines. BOM lines that have expired ending dates can be removed from the BOM. The BOM header will not be changed.
This batch job will also delete expired lines in BOM versions.
You can define what is included in the batch job by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the Production BOM Header tab by clicking the Field field, then clicking the AssistButton that appears to the right of the field. You can also determine what is shown in the batch job by filling in the fields on the Options tab. Fill in the fields as follows:
No.: Enter the number or the number range of the BOMs in which the expired lines are to be deleted.
Delete Before: Enter a date to define the date range for the BOM lines that you want to delete. All lines within the filters defined on the Production BOM Header tab with an expiration date before this date will be deleted.
Click OK to start the batch job. If you do not want to run the batch job now, click Cancel to close the window.
