Updating Calendar Entries for Machine Centers

After creating a new machine center, no calendar entries exist. Changes in the absence or the used shop calendar are not immediately visible, either. When the absence of the machine center is entered, the calendar entries for the machine center must be calculated again.

To Update Calendar Entries for Machine Centers:

  1. Open the Machine Center Card window.

  2. On the machine center card, click Planning, Calendar.

  3. In the Machine Center Calendar window, click Functions, Calculate.

  4. Click the Machine Center tab and select the machine centers to be recalculated by setting a filter.

  5. On the Options tab, fill in the Starting Date and Ending Date fields for which the calendar entries are to be calculated.

    For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.

  6. Click OK to calculate the calendar entries for the selected period.

Attention

The calculation of calendar entries overwrites any manual changes made to the calendar entries.
