Open the 
Production
BOM window.
Click Prod. BOM, Comments. In the Comment Sheet window, you can enter any text in the Comment field. You can assign these comments by entering a value in the Date field.
Close the window.
You can enter comments for production BOMs. The comments entered are valid for the entire production BOM.
